These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, software, and CRM platform operated by Vista Tech Solutions LLC ("Vista Tech Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), including services provided on behalf of our small-business clients ("Clients"). By using our website or platform, or by opting in to receive communications from a Client through our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Vista Tech Solutions provides website design, custom software, and business-management services, including a CRM platform that Clients use to manage invoices, bookings, and customer communications with their own customers.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Vista Tech Solutions, sent on behalf of the specific business you interacted with, at the mobile phone number you provide. Messages may include invoice notices, payment reminders, and appointment/booking confirmations and reminders. Each message identifies the sending business by name.
Message frequency varies depending on your activity with that business. Message and data rates may apply.
Text HELP to the number you received a message from for assistance, or STOP to cancel at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Clients using our CRM platform are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own customers before enabling SMS notifications on their behalf, and for the accuracy of invoice, booking, and customer information they enter into the platform. Vista Tech Solutions is not responsible for a Client's compliance with applicable consumer protection or messaging consent laws.
Invoice payments processed through our platform are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Vista Tech Solutions does not store full payment card details. Processing fees, when passed through to a customer, are disclosed on the applicable invoice before payment.

All content, software, and materials on our website and platform are owned by Vista Tech Solutions or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.
Our website and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vista Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, platform, or SMS communications, including delayed or undelivered messages.
We may suspend or terminate access to our platform at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
