Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details, when you submit a form on our website or a Client's website, request a quote, book an appointment, or receive an invoice.
Account information for Clients who use our CRM platform, including business name, login credentials, and payment account details (processed by our payment provider, Stripe — see Section 3).
Usage information, such as pages visited and general device/browser information, collected automatically through standard web technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our website and platform;
Send transactional communications on behalf of Clients, including invoice notices, payment reminders, and appointment/booking confirmations and reminders, by email and/or SMS text message;
Process payments and manage invoices through our payment processor;
Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms;
Maintain the security and integrity of our platform.

3. SMS Text Messaging Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Vista Tech Solutions on behalf of the specific business you interacted with (identified by name in each message), including invoice notices, payment reminders, and appointment/booking confirmations and reminders.

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, invoices or appointments you have with that business). Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS messages are sent using Twilio, our messaging service provider, which processes message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our platform, including:

Stripe — for payment processing and invoice collection;
Twilio — for SMS text message delivery;
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for hosting, data storage, and email delivery.

Each of these providers is contractually restricted to using your information only to provide services to us and is prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of email communications using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. You may also contact us directly (see Section 8) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Our website and platform are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
